WALID, Inc. to Open Research and Development Office at Ohio University
Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, February 21, 2001 -
WALID, Inc. announced plans today to expand its research and development
operations through a partnership with Ohio University's School of
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science within the Russ College of
Engineering and Technology. As part of the agreement, WALID, Inc.
will open a research and development office in Ohio University's
Innovation Center. This office will be used to accelerate development
and testing of enhancements to WALID's suite of software and tools,
WorldClass Solutions™. WorldClass Solutions™ provides
the necessary elements to enable the registration and resolution of
multilingual Internet names, including domain names.
